Are you not satisfied with the working method of Simba-Health? Do you want to share a complaint with us? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We like to learn and see your information as a way to improve our work. Thank you very much for the effort!

This complaints procedure has been drawn up by Simba-Health and is intended for all volunteers, donors, donors and other target groups of Simba-Health. It contains provisions about the way in which complaints submitted against one or more volunteers and/or employees and/or Simba-Health are handled.
