GRAND OPENING EMERGENCY WARD

& new x-ray machine

Sengerema Hospital has had to make do with a small, dark room for a long time. Made possible by a VERY generous supporter of Simba Health, who wishes to remain anonymous, the time has come at the end of January 2023: The renewed emergency room (ER) is ready for use and that should of course be celebrated! Erik and Jiska take you along the old and new emergency room just before it opens.

The bishop, the mayor, the director, our Erik Staal and many other dignitaries are present. And because the many important people are here now, the newly installed digital X-ray machine will also be consecrated right away. Meanwhile, Erik hopes that holy water does not end up on the sensitive parts of the X-Ray device...

We are very happy and grateful that with the help of our sponsors we can make care a little better. The new emergency room has 6 beds and a separate treatment room that will be fully deployed from today for the care of the emergency.
